Melissa Whitlow is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and has worked in private practice, community mental health centers and church counseling ministry centers.  Melissa earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1994 and has been working with individuals, couples and families to help them have hope for change in their lives.  She has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and grief. Melissa focuses on creating a safe space for her clients to heal and grow.  Her passion is marriage counseling to help couples move towards healing in their relationship.

Melissa is a Mom and Grammy and loves spending time with family.  She has been married to Stuart, who is also an LMHC, for 29 years and enjoys working with him to help other couples have the marriage God wants for them.  Melissa and Stuart often lead Intensive Marriage weekends and Marriage Retreats together and draw from their 29 year marriage to help couples heal and grow.
