Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has clinical experience in both school and private practice settings helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, ADHD, and low self-esteem. She has also had the unique opportunity to support children and families involved in the foster care system, individuals with intellectual differences in a college setting, and children and families through her role as a Kid’s Minister in the local church.
Taylor walks alongside clients with a person centered, trauma informed approach. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard and understood, and seeks to create a space where clients feel comfortable and supported as they explore their experiences, gain insight and move toward lasting healing. Her desire is to meet each client where they are at and honors each individual as a whole person. During sessions, Taylor takes an individualized approach and uses a variety of evidenced based techniques and skills to assist the client she is working with.
Taylor has received specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She can incorporate faith into clinical sessions to whatever extent the client prefers.

Taylor sees individuals 10 years old and up. She works in the MANDARIN office and is currently in network with Aetna and United Healthcare. She is a Tricare Point of Service provider. She is in network with some EAP companies. We can provide superbills to clients with BCBS but cannot file the claims on your behalf.
